BTD Employees Give Back with Holiday Food Drive
Dec 30, 2011
This December, BTD began a new holiday tradition in our Twin Cities facilities. To give back to the great communities we call home, we decided to hold a contest between our Lakeville production and our Otsego and Lakeville tooling locations to see who could collect the most non-perishable food items.
In just over a week our employees contributed 680 pounds of food. All items donated from the Lakeville production location will be distributed to 360 Communities, which serves Dakota County. Items donated in the Otsego and tooling locations will go to The Community Aid Elk River (CAER) food shelf.
BTD is extremely proud of all that our employees have done. Their dedication and enthusiasm for the community is part of what makes BTD so great. The fantastic success that we have had with the food drive has encouraged us to hold another this summer, and continue this tradition for holidays to come.
