According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, manufacturing productivity rose 5.9 percent in the first quarter. Also on the rise was output per hour, up 10.8 percent, with durable goods showing the most improvement.

On February 16, 2012, 16 BTD employees received training on the fundamentals of oil analysis. The goal of this training was to increase the effectiveness of BTD’s lubrication program and reduce lubricant consumption by 30% per year.
